Bar O Bar Livestock is a diversified goat operation located in Thorp, Washington. We maintain a commercial herd of approximately 300 Boer and Kiko does, producing high-quality meat goats each fall and offering select show wethers to 4-H families. Additionally, we operate a custom goat grazing service that utilizes our goats to manage overgrown brush and invasive weeds in challenging terrain. This eco-friendly approach to land management supports healthy land stewardship while providing effective fire fuel reduction.

 

 Our goats are proven to be hearty on the hooves and productive in the pasture. In our livestock management we strive to be as hands off as possible.  Does are culled heavily based on mothering ability, hoof maintenance, parasite resistance and productivity. 

 

We  take great pride in raising high quality livestock that meets the various needs of our customers. We do all this while making a concerted effort to take care of the land and give our animals a quality of life we are proud of.
